Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable once the download has been initiated.

Exceptions

Returns on digital products will only be considered in cases where it is deemed absolutely necessary, such as technical issues that prevent proper access or use of the digital product. In such cases, we will work with you to find a solution and resolve the issue.

Please ensure that the items you are purchasing is compatible with your system before completing the transaction. If you encounter any issues or need assistance, feel free to contact us.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for operating the files with their own machines. This includes ensuring compatibility between the equipment and the files as well as adjustments needed to achieve any desired results. The customer is also responsible for any malfunctions, misconfigurations, misprints, errors, or misuse of files.

We are not responsible for any technical issues caused by lack of skill or knowledge, improper use, or incompatibility with your device or system. We do not offer refunds for these cases.

How to Request a Return

If you believe a digital product warrants an exception, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we will be happy to offer a refund.
