Once your order is processed, you should receive a confirmation email with a link to download your designs.

Unfortunately, due to the the nature of digital downloads, they cannot be returned. If you're unable to download or open any files due to technical issues, I'm available to help and sort them out for you.

To avoid potential returns, I strongly recommend buyers to always read the item's description to ensure what you're purchasing is exactly what you're looking for.

Please note that designs will usually include both a PNG and SVG file, but often times they will only be available in PNG due to intricacy. Please read the title or description of the item you're purchasing so you know what files are included!

Also, as the illustrator, I'm also the admin and I can sometimes make mistakes and mix up files! If you happen to receive the wrong design, contact me and I'll get you the correct one asap!
